Glorious white stuff - snow

Nothing but wonderful snow to stop traffic in its tracks. I mean it is hardly thick, knee deep snow however the visibility was very poor when it was coming down and as soon as the snow plough came by the snow had soon stuck to the roads again.

What snow does bring is the peace and quiet you rarely get when there is the constant noise of traffic, something quite lovely about it. And to top it off, people actually come out and play in the snow, young and old, snowball fights, snowman building, igloo building, sledging and snow angels. It is fantastic to see everyone having a guilt free day off and playing.
